Hall Estill is closely monitoring updates regarding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as the World Health Organization. The firm’s Crisis Response Team is actively addressing the concerns of our clients nationwide and advising, when needed, with regard to the outbreak, including business interruption, travel bans, employee/human resources issues, crisis response and more.
Providing superior client service is of utmost importance to us and will not be interrupted should one of our offices be closed due to COVID-19. All attorneys, paralegals and managerial staff are equipped with laptops and the firm has remote connectivity in the event telecommuting becomes necessary. At this time, all Hall Estill locations are maintaining normal operations.
We take the health of our clients and colleagues seriously and with that in mind, Hall Estill has asked every employee to practice preventive measures consistent with CDC recommendations, including:
-Avoiding close contact with people who are sick;
-Heeding the CDC recommendation that sick employees and those experiencing virus symptoms stay home and not return to work until they are symptom-free;
-Covering coughs or sneezes with a tissue; and
-Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
