Hall Estill Welcomes Associate Kasia Parecki to Denver Office

DENVER (March 23, 2020) – Hall Estill, a leading regional Southwestern law firm with offices in Denver, Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Northwest Arkansas, has announced the addition of Kasia Parecki as an associate in the firm’s Denver office. 

“We are excited to have Kasia join our firm and believe she will be a great addition to our team,” Kip Hunter, senior shareholder for Hall Estill, said. “Kasia’s commitment to her work and extensive knowledge of tax law will be an asset to our firm and our clients.”

Parecki will focus her practice in the Tax arena, assisting clients with state and local issues as well as income tax planning and controversy matters. Parecki began clerking with Hall Estill in fall 2019. She received both her Juris Doctor and LL.M in Tax from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Master of Education in Policy, Planning and Administration from Boston University. 

Parecki joins Hall Estill’s Corporate Services practice in Denver which serves clients across fortune 500 corporations; small, privately held companies; trade associations and nonprofits.
