Chelsea Celsor Smith has experience in civil litigation in both state and federal court. Her areas of emphasis include governmental ethics, constitutional law, administrative law and employment law. She serves as acting General Counsel to the Oklahoma House of Representatives and was previously in-house General Counsel to the Oklahoma House of Representatives. She provides advice, training and has been a speaker regarding compliance with employment and ethics laws.
Chelsea has been recognized as a Best Lawyers: One to Watch in Labor and Employment Law-Employee; Labor and Employment Law; Litigation-Labor; and Employment Law. Further, she also owns and manages an oilfield disposal business with her family in Western Oklahoma.
