Jon represents businesses in commercial litigation and insurance company liquidations. In addition to representing corporate clients, financial institutions and management in matters before state and federal administrative agencies and courts, Jon has extensive state and federal appellate court experience, and has presented oral arguments before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Further, he is a member of the firm's Recruitment & Diversity Committee.
