Margaret Clarke is an experienced trial lawyer with extensive knowledge in general civil litigation, including insurance defense, oil & gas, contracts, healthcare and complex commercial litigation. She also has expertise in the areas of medical malpractice defense and professional liability. Matters in which Margaret has represented her clients include bad faith litigation, contract disputes and complex litigation. In addition, Margaret's specific healthcare experience includes assisting clients with medical negligence issues involving long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals and physicians. 

Margaret has an individual AV rating through Martindale-Hubbell and is the author of, "U.S. Supreme Court Applies the Fair Debt Collection Act to Litigation," Oklahoma Bar Journal, Vol. 66, No. 27, p. 2297 (1995). In addition, she is chair of the firm's Technology Committee and has been recognized as an Oklahoma Rising Star and Oklahoma Super Lawyer in Personal Injury Defense: Medical Malpractice.
