Rob Dougherty's practice deals primarily in the Corporate/Commercial arena, including Real Estate, Telecommunications and Oil & Gas work. He is a member of Hall Estill's Board of Directors, has an individual AV rating through Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a Best Lawyer in America in Corporate Law and Real Estate Law, as well as named an Oklahoma Super Lawyer in Business/Corporate Law. He has spoken at continuing legal education seminars and to professional organizations throughout his career on a variety of subjects including real estate matters, choice of entity and contractual indemnities.
