Samantha Davis concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianship and taxation. Further, her practice includes business organization and succession planning for family businesses. In addition, Samantha also provides services for non-profit organizations, including establishing non-profit organizations and other areas of administration.

Samantha is a member of the firm's Board of Directors. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a published author of numerous topics related to the field of health law in various law journals and publications around the country. Also, she is a member of the firm's Recruitment and Diversity Committee and has an AV Preeminent peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.
