Employment Counseling

We counsel clients daily on a variety of labor and employment issues, including employee hiring, promoting and performance, discrimination, harassment, workers’ compensation, accommodating disabilities, appropriate employee leave, termination of employees, defending claims, as well as virtually any issue related to managing employees.

We provide clients with the guidance and tools needed to handle employee issues, as well as establish practices and policies consistent with applicable law. In addition, we assist employers with matters relating to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
