We handle energy and natural resources transactions for Oklahoma, regional, national and international clients, including energy service providers, pipelines, municipal utilities, public entities and others. Regularly, we provide services for natural gas and petroleum suppliers, as well as in the negotiation of purchase agreements, construction contracts, and operation and maintenance agreements. Our clients include businesses with exploration and production, as well as storage, market and transportation operations. Further, we provide advice and analysis on state oil and gas conservation issues and producer issues under the Natural Gas Act and Natural Gas Policy Act.
