Biography

Mr. Hayes has been with Hall Estill since his graduation from law school in 1975 and has built his practice around energy, telecommunications and general business litigation, with emphasis on defense of class actions. He serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. He has an individual AV rating through Martindale-Hubbell and was selected a Best Lawyers in America in Bet-the-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation and Energy Law; recognized as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer in Energy & Natural Resources; and Ranked by Chambers USA as a "Band 2" attorney in Energy & Natural Resources Law.
