Hall Estill Elects Arthur “Art” F. Hoge to Shareholder

Hall Estill, Oklahoma’s leading law firm, with offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denver and Northwest Arkansas, has announced the election of Arthur “Art” F. Hoge, III to shareholder.
Hoge practices in Hall Estill’s Oklahoma City office where he focuses on three general areas: litigation, estate and charitable planning, and fraternity and sorority matters.

Within his estate planning practice, Hoge assists clients from small to complex and large estates, including charitable planning, corporate and business entity planning, business succession planning, estate administration, and contested estate matters. He has also created and assists with private foundations and with for profit and nonprofit entities.
Hoge focuses on representing and assisting national and international fraternity and sorority organizations and serves as outside general counsel for several fraternal organizations. He also represents clients in litigation matters as counsel of record both inside and outside the state of Oklahoma. His areas of expertise also include corporate and housing matters, including national housing corporations.
Hoge also assists clients in property tax matters and appeals (ad valorem tax matters) nationwide, including manufacturing plants, malls, office buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, and apartment complexes.
