Denver Environmental Attorney Joel P. Johnston spoke with CBS News Colorado about the Supreme Court's ruling that the EPA does not have the authority to cap power plant emissions.
Joel told CBS reporter Rick Salinger that "States can have their own environmental standards, but they have to be at least as stringent as the federal standards. Colorado has surpassed that."
