- Defending actions and prosecution brought under the civil and criminal False Claims Act, Forfeiture Act and Truth in Negotiations Act
- Representing debarred or suspended contractors
- Internal investigation of potential violations of law
- Design-build contracts
- Assistance in understanding and analyzing government regulations and regulatory schemes, including the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act
- Representation of contractors in agency suspensions and debarment proceedings
